Frostations is a home bakery in Pefferlaw, in the Town of Georgina, Ontario. This page explains what we collect when you use this website, and what we do with it.
The order builder and the contact form ask for your name, email address, and optionally a phone number, the date you need your order, and details of what you would like. We use this only to prepare a quote and to reply to you. The message is delivered to us by email through Resend, our email provider, and a copy is stored in this site's admin area so we can follow up.
We do not sell, rent, or share this information with anyone, and we do not use it to send marketing unless you ask us to.
We use website analytics to understand which pages people visit and where they have trouble, so we can improve the site. These tools set cookies in your browser and record general information such as the pages you viewed, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device you used.
Where we use tools that record how visitors move around a page, form fields are deliberately masked. What you type into the order or contact forms is not captured.
You can block or delete these cookies at any time in your browser settings. The site works normally without them.
Our gallery shows photos of our own creations, some of them pulled automatically from our public Instagram account. We do not post photos of customers.
You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, and we will. Just get in touch through our contact page and let us know.
